I don’t think I’ve posted any Dandelion shots before…..in fact I don’t think I’ve taken any Dandelion shots before! Isn’t it amazing how something so common can also be so intricate, delicate and beautiful:

Continuing the theme from yesterday, here are a couple of shots of Dandelion seeds suspended in the threads of a spider’s web:

A couple of macro shots of a succulent growing in our back-garden. I really like the colours and the slightly abstract nature of these two images:

A couple of hand-held macro images of the buds on the climbing Hydrangea in our back garden bursting with new life:

Seems appropriate to quote a bit of Shakespeare, after all these two Rose shots were taken at the Elizabethan Manor of Harvington Hall:
Two very different styles of shot, the second having had the contrast boosted and the colour de-saturated to enhance the texture and the moodiness in the sky.
Just wanted to apologise for my tardiness of late in following all your posts. We are in the process of buying a new house and we have been a bit pre-occupied with admin and organising things for the big move in a little over 3 weeks. Hopefully things will calm down a bit in a month or two and then normal service will be resumed…..:0).

There is really something about eyes that fascinates me.
Maybe it’s the way they speak with you about the truth
A way to tell true emotions just by looking at them
May it be a fear, happiness or hurt
it shows an emotion that a shaking nervous hands could never tell
The way it digs out your deepest thoughts, no one would understand
the way it lights up the world when you’re happy
or have water drips from them when you’re in so much pain
when words aren’t good enough anymore
There is really something about those eyes, no one could ever explain.
Yesterday I remembered
I was crying my eyes out
but today I can’t stop smiling
Life is bipolar that way
one day death seems like the only option you have
and the next day, life seems like the only greatest thing
and that’s totally normal
you’re gonna have the days you cry in so much pain
down on your knees,
days that you’d rather be dead
and there will be days when all you do is to smile
your laugh will be so rhythmic, so free
like the thought of just living excites you
we will all find happiness suddenly
but you just gotta keep pushing
because there is so much more to see
there is so much more in life

The blogosphere is a term used to describe the millions of interconnected blogs on the Internet. t visualizes information about which stories are linked to from conservative and liberal blogs, and it indicates the level of emotional charge. The term was first used in late 1999 as a joke, and continued to be used sporadically as a humorous term for the next few years. The blogosphere is a way of describing the social creature that grows from a critical mass of blogs.
